The key difference is timing and purpose. **Move-Out** cleaning is done after you’ve vacated to secure your deposit. **Move-In** cleaning is done on an empty unit before you move your belongings in, for your own peace of mind.

While we cannot legally guarantee a specific financial outcome, we guarantee our cleaning will meet or exceed the standard required in typical lease agreements. 

We have a very high success rate with property manager inspections. We provide a detailed checklist of services performed for your records.

We recommend booking as soon as your moving date is confirmed, especially during peak seasons (summer, month-ends).

No. For move-out cleans, we typically access an empty unit. For move-in cleans, we clean before you arrive. We bring all necessary professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.

Our quotes are based on the property’s size (sq. ft., rooms, baths) and its initial condition. 

We will ask about the condition during the quote process. For units that require extreme cleaning (heavy grease, neglect), we may provide a custom quote.

Our standard move cleaning includes basic carpet vacuuming and hard floor mopping. 

Professional carpet steam cleaning and interior window washing are available as add-on services for an additional fee.
